Please review the guidelines below before booking: • Guest Age Requirement All guests must be 25+ unless traveling as part of a family. Verification may be requested. • Guest Verification Required Within 6 hours of booking, please send the following. Failure to provide these may result in cancellation. Your mobile number and email • Occupancy Limits Total people on the property (guests + visitors) may not exceed 15 at any time. During quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM), occupancy is limited to 10 guests. • Neighborhood Courtesy Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Please confirm with us should you expect guests to arrive in quiet hours. Guests arriving and leaving after hours, deliveries during quiet times indicate there is a party/ event. This infringes Minneapolis and platform regulations. Please help us maintain good relationships with our wonderful neighbors. • No Group Meet-Ups The home may not be used as a gathering point or meeting hub for other groups traveling through the area. • Parking To reduce street congestion the maximum number of vehicles will be FOUR • Where a maximum of 2 vehicles may park on the front public street. • Where a maximum of 2 additional spaces are available on the rear. Events—such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or reunions—are strictly prohibited. • Pet Policy A maximum of one dog is welcome when added to the reservation at booking. Please work with us to change your booking before your arrival should you decide to bring your dog after initial booking. Sorry cats are not allowed. • Respect the Home Please treat this private property with care. This property is ideally situated to visit the massively popular reasons that many visit Minneapolis and St Paul like shopping in the Mall of America, entertainment in the Xcel Energy Center, Target Center, Vikings Football, Gutherie Theater, but also to relax in a family friendly neighborhood with many urban paths around Lake Harriet, up to Lake of the Isles.
